    Want to move St. Louis city, where you feel afraid of your life.
    And your car being broken into.

    At night you hear gunshots going off.
    I see totally, why no one wants to live in a war zone, full of crime. (City of st, Louis)

    The major factor is not crime, it is outmigration and a negative birth rate.

    St Louis is under attack from the surrounding counties. They are St Louis County, St Charles County and other areas that continue to build new subdivisions and offer financing to buy those new homes. And, the State of Missouri improving the transportation infrastructure for them.
