A 2013 demographic survey of the area was performed by Simon Property Group and the following year a groundbreaking ceremony was recorded on video on Friday, December 12, 2014.
The new mall will be similar to the Ellenton Premium Outlets, which is part of Tampa Premium Outlets as well – shown in the top and bottom photos.
