went to your crayfish boil in brandon sat.june2, i thought being a n.o. restrant they would have been like n. o.,but they were dry and not really seasoned like n.o. tasted like it came from n.o. frozen and microwaved here. very disappointing. since i was born and raised in n.o. in the irsh channel. since you represent n.o. flavor shoud have been boiled there and if they were not then you need to bring a boi ler to do them correctly. and earn a place that really represents n.o. thanks the other food is great most of what i”ve tried. i have never posted on this sight.not about crayfish.

Your mufaletta sandwich should have black olives or kalamata
In the olive salad. They are in the authentic sandwich.
We ate at Tibby’s in Brandon tonight. Service and food was great but need to improve their wait time. You are notified your table is ready by a text to your phone. It appeared as the app is slow to update because we had been seated for about 20 minutes when we received our text. When we left there were several tables available but people still waiting outside.
Only complaint we had was they need a better wait time system.
Can’t wait for opening in Brandon. Fabulous in Altimonte.
When is opening in Brandon???
Maybe a couple weeks. I start training there on the 15th.
