Three illegal immigrants were taken into custody in Texas after fleeing the scene of a deadly drunk-driving crash that killed a 22-year-old man, according to police.
Authorities say Cesar Ramirez Castro, 25, was driving a Ford F-150 when he veered onto the shoulder of Interstate 20 in Arlington, slamming into a stopped vehicle around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Car Engulfed in Flames After Impact
The collision sent the parked car crashing into a concrete barrier, where it burst into flames. When first responders arrived, they found the 22-year-old driver dead at the scene. His identity has not yet been released.
Castro and his two passengers, Marcelino Ramirez-Ramirez, 30, and Daniel Castro Zammarron, 24, allegedly jumped out of the truck and tried to flee, but were quickly caught and arrested, according to CBS News.

Following a field sobriety test, police arrested Castro and charged him with manslaughter while intoxicated and collision involving death. Jail records indicate he has an immigration hold, Fox News reported.
Ramirez-Ramirez and Zammarron were also taken into custody and charged with public intoxication. Both men face immigration holds as well.
