NEW ORLEANS, LA – The Pythian Apartments will be a combined mixed-use building with affordable units, commercial and retail space at street level along Loyola Avenue in downtown New Orleans.
The Pythian affordable housing development is a much needed concept for people with jobs that make too much to qualify for subsidized housing but cannot afford to pay the high rents downtown.
There will be 80 apartments available both 1 & 2 bedrooms including loft apartments on the top floor.
The complexe will be optimal for people working downtown at places like Tulane University, the LSU Medical School and the VA Hospital to name a few.
The Pythian is being developed by real estate development firm, Green Coast Enterprise.
