THE OLIVER STL Apartments are now open at 9473 Olive Blvd. in Olivette, MO where the former Olivette Fire Department once stood.
In November of 2020, all that stood here was a banner with the name ‘THE OLIVER.” The banner had Ridghouse Capital and Mission Constructors as well. Fast forward to March 2022 the main structure was completed.
The multifamily apartment complex houses 151 units which include studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms layouts. The Oliver was marked to open by the Fall of 2022 but they did such a great job with construction and planning, they were able to open a bit early.
For everyone that loves to bowl, there is the Olivette Bowling Alley catty corner to the apartment complex which has beer and comfort food made-to-order as well.
