SAINT PETERSBURG, FL – The Hermitage apartment complex is an 8-story, 348-unit residential building under construction at 700 1st Ave South in downtown St. Petersburg, FL.
The units consists of 33 studios, 175 one-bedrooms and 140 two-bedrooms. The Hermitage complex takes up an entire city block bounded by 1st Avenue South, 8th Street South, 7th Street South and 2nd Avenue South.
The structural design, by CSJM Architects, Inc., was inspired by an art gallery in St. Petersburg, Russia. The Hermitage will have an art gallery at ground-level as well.
Commercial space with be available at street level. Amenities include courtyards, fitness center, outdoor grilling area with a rooftop pool and spa and more.
Cambridge Swinerton Builders is the company building the Hermitage complex.
