Terra At The Grove Apartments under construction

Terra At The Grove Apartments by Green Street is under construction in The Grove neighborhood of St. Louis. The plan calls for 307 multi family units with high ceilings, open areas and a garage with 381 parking spaces.

Terra will cover of 6 acres of land and is the new standard and template for urban living where open spaces are the new normal. The modern mixed-use apartment complex will feature 1,400 square feet of retail space as well.
