The owner, Shane Lee, said, “We’ve been manufacturing clothes for about 30 years. We sell to different stores. We’re probably in 200 hospital gift shops in the country and in 75 percent of the casinos. Disney is our biggest customer.”

Shane Lee Boutique has been on Market House Square for around 11 years. There is another boutique in Murray along with the clothing factory and a fabric shop as well.

Shane Lee clothing is high-end and remarkably made. That said, put it on your must-see list for the next time you visit downtown.

You can stay updated whenever new clothes come into the shop by following facebook.com/ShaneLeeBtq.

It was an honor and pleasure meeting you, Shane. Your picture turned out nice and bright. The light in your shop worked out well.

PADUCAH, KY – Herbane Naturals features organic soaps, deodorants and more located at 533 Madison Street at 6th Street in downtown Paducah, KY.

The soaps have no added fragrances or dyes. The bars are made with locally sourced ingredients and essential oils for the most natural soaps on the market.

I purchase some tea soap and tried it out and it’s wonderful. I just love the smell and the added coconut oil is great for dry winters.

The shop resides in a home that happens to be one of oldest homes in Paducah known as The Smedley Yeiser House built in 1852.

Herbane is locally owned by Erica Harding and Matthew David Curtis and they are two of the nicest people.

Please stop in the next time you’re in the market for soaps, records, clothes or unique gift items. Doing so will help keep downtown vibrant.

Oh and Matthew, I will stop by in the next couple of days to get a photo of you and a better one of the building.  Thanks you so much!
