PADUCAH, KY – Just Hamburgers serves the biggest-bang-for-your-buck burgers in Kentucky located on Jackson Street in the City of Paducah.
There were cars lined up all the way to the street for the drive thru at the time, so we decided to park and go inside. I have read so many good things about this place online I had to see it for myself and document this trip for others to see.

I ordered the Weekly Hamburger Special which was called The Black Hole Sun! It was a huge double burger with provolone cheese topped with an onion ring, smothered in sweet & spicy bbq sauce with some jalapenos and bacon added as well. The burger was the best I have ever had and It came with fries and a large pop for only $5.99.
The service provided by the staff had a personal touch to boot, something you don’t see very often – if at all. Customers were actually greeted by their first names as they walked inside.
Owner Robert and Jennifer Waller are at the helm of this old-style eatery that carries an impeccable rating of 4.8 on Google and an even more impressive 4.9 on its Facebook page.
What makes Just Hamburgers far exceed other hamburger joints? They greet their customers by name making them feel like they belong. They serve high end burgers at a price that’s literally unbeatable. Also worth mentioning is the owner and staff are the coolest guys ever.
I will definitely be back to get another weekly special at this little Gem very soon. Please try this locally-owned eatery and take part in keeping small businesses alive and well in the Paducah area.
PADUCAH, KY – The Dry Ground Brewing Company serves a variety of craft beers and house brews in a industrial setting located in the Coca-Cola Bottling Plant, the same building where the Mellow Mushroom resides at 3121 Broadway Street in Paducah, KY.
The plant was originally built in 1939 by Luther Carson. The building was vacant for seven years before the owners of the Mellow Mushroom purchased it and made it new again.
HUMOR: On the day of Paducah’s first snowfall on Jan 12, 2018, Dry Ground Brewery announced on their Facebook page, “We are OPEN today because people gotta have beer.” That put a smile on my face. Loved it!

PADUCAH, KY – Kirchhoff’s Bakery & Deli is a local favorite featuring made-from-scratch bakery items and hand crafted sandwiches located on Market House Square in the heart of historic downtown, Paducah, KY.
Melanie helped me out during my visit and recommended the cherry danish treat that was simply delicious. Thanks Melanie and it was so nice talking with ya!
Kirchoff’s Bakery is collecting food and clothing this year for the Family Service Society. Please read the flyer below and please donate if you can.
Kirchhoff’s Bakery & Deli first opened in 1873 by Franz Kirchhoff. The bakery closed for a stint but Louis Frank Kirchhoff, great-grandson of Franz, decided to carry on the family tradition by reopening the bakery in the fall of 1997.
The bakery still uses old family recipes along with high quality ingredients to make their artisan breads, sandwiches, pastries, soups and salads. The eatery is considered one of the best eateries in Paducah holding mostly five star ratings on their Facebook page.
