Central West End’s annual Christmas Window Walk had a visit from Santa Clause and his nemesis the Grinch. They got along extremely well while spotted talking to each other numerous times at the corner of Maryland and Euclid. They probably got along since the carolers were so good who were singing right across the street in front of Starbucks.
There were also carriage rides, street performers and jugglers along with classic Christmas bites like s’mores and kettle corn. The CWE Window Walk, now in its 12th year, is every Saturday in December where people can safely walk around and see the decorated windows while shopping and dining at the award winning restaurants. Window Walk was created to continue the St. Louis tradition of people coming downtown to see all the Christmas décor.
