Retail construction next to Winn-Dixie at Big Bend & 301

SOUTHSHORE / RIVERVIEW, FL – The construction site adjacent to the Winn-Dixie-anchored Shoppes of Southbay at Big Bend Road and US-301 is being prepared for multiple retail/restaurant projects.

1. A Culver’s restaurant has been approved to be built as a stand-alone building across from Auto Zone.
2. A frontage parcel by CBRE has been approved to be built across from Culver’s at the corner of Big Bend Road and Summerfield Crossings Blvd.
3. A mixed commercial building and another out-parcel by the Belleair Development Group has been approved as well.
