DOWNTOWN/TAMPA, FL – The Residence Inn in Tampa Downtown have rates starting at $189.00 on East Taylor Street across the street from the Straz Center.
The minor complaints were about the furniture being a bit run down and the shower water not being hot enough.
However, management stated in a letter that the hot water problem was fixed – which was a sincere gesture by the manager to answer the customers personally, a true class act.
