Reign Restaurant was permanently closed and is now completely boarded up along Washington Avenue in Downtown St. Louis. Before it closed, a few windows were already boarded and now the entire length of the restaurant that runs along Washington Avenue has plywood on all of the windows. City authorities closed it down due to multiple complaints from residents and business owners within the area.
