Olive West housing development, with Emily Pulitzer at the helm, is a $30 million dollar project on Olive Street, a few blocks west of Grand Blvd, in the Grand Center Arts District in Midtown St. Louis. The development will consist of an apartment building with 34 units and 27 one and two-bedroom homes starting at $350,000.
