Erik Wismar, owner of REJV8 Baronne LLC, purchased the property for $11,600,000 in January of 2015
Wismar attended The Central Business District Architectural Review Committee’s meeting at City Hall on Thursday, December 17, 2015 at City Hall to talk about the plans to renovate the existing hotel building.
The renovation project will include the NOPSI and adjacent Dryades and Gold buildings. The plans call for 217 guestrooms, bar, restaurant, main lobby, ballroom, meeting rooms, pool and a ninth floor open deck.
