DOWNTOWN TAMPA, FL – JULY, 17: The University of South Florida (USF) have plans to build a new 12-story Morsani College of Medicine medical school and a USF Heart Health Institute facility on Channelside Drive and South Meridian Avenue next to the Amalie Arena in downtown Tampa, FL.

The new medical school and heart institute was part of Mr. Vinik’s $2 billion waterfront development project that was slated break ground by 2016.
