Photo Gallery of businesses in MiraBay Village Shopping Center
This plaza makes me so sad to see it sitting mostly empty. It is unbelievable that it the owners would rather it sit empty than put businesses in. I know that they get a tax write off for it but all that’s happening to their investment is that it is going to waste and not being maintained. I was so excited to see such a nice plaza when I moved to Apollo Beach but it is criminal to let such a nice place rot. Perhaps putting decent restaurants that don’t get shutdown numerous times from the health department (here’s looking at you Asian Fusion) will draw more customers. Thank heavens for Kimi’s new owners and the new and improved Latitude’s. Let’s hope they can draw people in.
