Louie, the St. Louis Blues Mascot, got a great workout with Qauntarrius Q. Wilson, owner of ROQ Body Academy, at the 13th Annual Sista Strut Breast Cancer Awareness Walk 2022. Wilson was warming us up before we started our walked down Market Street in Downtown St. Louis to raise breast-cancer awareness and to help create a community of love and support for the ones who need it most.
