NEW YORK, NY – November 12: A cable snapped on scaffolding at the 69th floor with two window cleaners on it at the One World Trade Center in New York.
They workers had harnesses attached to them and were rescued around 2:30 pm by New York Firefighters that removed the windows and safely pulled the workers inside.
