The plans for the Joie de Vivre hotel include 185 rooms, rooftop amenities and a ground floor lounge, restaurant and more.
Within the same city block there is the adjacent Pythian Apartments under construction with the Oil and Gas building soon to follow.
In memory and with respect, the Rault Tower is where 6 people tragically died due to a fire on November 29, 1972.
