CAPE CANAVERAL, FL SEPTEMBER 2 — An illuminating cloud was created early this morning by the exhaust from the United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket that blasted off at 6:15 a.m. Eastern Time from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.

This mornings Atlas Rocket put the fourth Navy satellite in orbit that is part of the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) that enables military personal to use their smartphones around the world.
