DOWNTOWN TAMPA, FL – SEP 3: The Hillsborough River with Tampa’s skyscrapers as the background was photographed from Cass Street Bridge in Downtown Tampa, FL.
The first two photos below were spliced together and processed as an animated GIF file that you see above. The first photo below is the original and an HDR filter in Photoshop was added to the second one that looks a bit surreal.
The last two photos below have a Stylize Filter added to them that give the edges a neon glow. The intensity can be adjusted as you can see by the difference of the two images.
