CLEARWATER BEACH, FL – Hampton Inn & Suites, with 181-rooms at 14-stories, officially began construction in January 2015 on Gulfview Boulevard next door to Quality Inn in Clearwater Beach, FL.
The Ground Breaking Ceremony was held January 9, 2015 at 10:00am at the construction site.
Also under construction are the Hampton Inn, the Guesthouse hotel, Spring Hill Suites and Fairfield Inn. A Courtyard by Marriott hotel has a construction permit but has not begun to build.
