DOWNTOWN TAMPA, FL – AUG 14: Colorful graffiti, by UT students and visiting rowing teams, can be seen along the banks of the Hillsborough River near Harbor Island Bridge and along Bayshore Blvd in Downtown Tampa, FL.

The sea wall is the unofficial canvas for visiting crew teams throughout the country to paint their school name and logo while training at the University of Tampa which includes rowing workouts on the Hillsborough River.

There are other kinds of paintings such as the memorial artwork that reads, “In Loving Memory, Pat Eaton” with two dominoes and a ribbon. There is another painting that reads, “Pinkies Up Carol Lee.”
