Bommarito Audi West County Gateway Cup 2021 St. Louis
Skylar Schneider won the Gateway Cup in the Women’s Professional category in The Hill neighborhood in St. Louis on Sunday, September 5, 2021. The Gateway Cup held these repeated races for four days at different locations in St. Louis and had separate winners for the best-out-of-four races with Schneider taking 2nd in best-out-of-four.
During the four days, Schneider placed 3rd on September 3, took 1st on September 4 and 5 and placed 4th on June 6, 2021.

The four day event was crazy-cool. I am pretty sure Mike Weiss, owner of Big Shark Bikes in St. Louis, is the main guy behind it. Mike’s bicycle shop is also a sponsor for the Gateway Cup. The pace of the event was incredible and it ran like a fine tuned machine without a hitch. It reminded me of Nascar racing and just as exciting.
