STUART, FL – A Florida law continues to confuse tourist that states selling them 1/2 gallon (64 oz) beer growlers is illegal but legal to purchase two 32-ounce bottles or gallon jugs of beer.
It’s not a huge inconvenience since beer lovers can still buy any amount they want in the smaller bottles (32 oz) or gallon jugs, but the 64 ounce bottles are off limits for now. Read more at NBC News.
