Fleur STL Restaurant is moving in the former Eat-Rite diner building at 622 Chouteau in Downtown St. Louis. Chef Tim Eagan will be at the helm with a menu full of upscale plates along with the classic slingers and other local favorites. The historic Eat-Rite sign will stay. Anticipated opening is May 2021.
PocketParks.co wants to collaborate with Fleur STL Eat-Rite Diner and add a Pop-Up park with tables for outdoor dining. This is just as idea at the moment but what a great idea.
Less Parking. More Parks.

We love that Eat-Rite is making a come back under Chef Tim Eagan. An iconic St. Louis landmark shouldn’t be neglected. But what if we also gave the parking lot a new purpose? Outdoor dining anyone? ?#stl #eatrite #parkinglot #park #pocketparks pic.twitter.com/53uy8xaufN
