Cori Bush rallied with thousands of protesters against police brutality at the St. Louis City Hall before marching to the Metropolitan Police Department on Olive Street.
Mrs. Bush’s speech covered her experiences as a protester from Michael Brown, killed in 2014 by a Ferguson police officer to the most recent tragedy, George Floyd who was murdered by a Minneapolis police officer.
The tears started when Mrs. Bush yelled out, “Why wont they stop killing us?” It’s a question that no one seems to have an answer to, a question that is now being asked around the globe, a question that has spark world wide protests.
