HIGHWATER FRESH BAR – OPENED APRIL 6, 2017
The name ‘Highwater’ represents a piece of local history when surveyors wrote ‘highwater’ at the highest watermark left behind from the flood of 1937. The original writing remains in the building and display inside the Highwater Fresh Bar.
MENU: signature juices, fresh fruit, signature salads, almond butter toast, Chia seed pudding and many other healthy food choices.
From the street it has the look of a classic dinner. It’s awesome! It’s a perfect mix of new-eatery meets old-school design.
Businesses, such as Highwater Fresh Bar, are collectively bringing downtown Paducah back to its former Glory, a town that’s working together to keep its Norman Rockwell feel while infusing new business concepts with high-tech amenities into some of the empty spaces.
It would be a very kind gesture to welcome this new eatery into the neighborhood by stopping by for a healthy bite to eat.
