Businesses told to vacate stripmall in Sun City Center by March 15, 2015

SOUTHSHORE / SUN CITY CENTER, FL – Businesses in Village Plaza at the corner of SR 674 and US 301 were given notice to vacate the premises by March 15, 2015.

The main building is a long strip-mall that includes: Annette’s Beauty Salon, Ray’s Golf Carts, a Computer business, Barbershop and AA to name a few.

The other building slated for demolition faces SR 674 (Sun City Center Blvd) where Boggs Jewelry and a Dentist office reside. The Copper Penny just south of the buildings is a separate property.

A gentleman from Boggs verified that they are moving across the street in a strip mall by Publix Super Market at 4852 Kings Crossing Plaza.

The Dentist Office of Dr. Richard Tschida moved on February 11th, 2015 from Village Plaza to 957 Commonwealth Office Plaza on East Del Webb Boulevard in Suite 102B in Sun City Center, FL.

A note was left on the door at the old location at Village Plaza that read:

On February 11th, 2015 after thirty years of providing Dental care from our current office. In order to better serve our patients, we are moving to a new larger location. The new office is located in the Commonwealth Office Plaza just north of Publix off East Del Webb Boulevard. Our phone number and office hours remain the same. My staff and I are excited about the move and look forward to seeing you at our new office.
