NEW ORLEANS, LA – Banners along the streets of New Orleans that read ‘We’re Jazzed You’re Here’ welcome visitors into the city.
The banners were designed and promoted by the New Orleans Convention & Visitors Bureau, a non profit organization on St Charles Ave.
