PADUCAH, KY – Arnold’s Grub Shack is now open at the corner of Park Ave. and N. 14th Street – a block away from the new Fountain Avenue Health Park in Paducah, KY.
The Grub Shack is owned by Lawrence and Teresa Arnold who have been married for over 25 years. They’re a lovely couple that own a lawn cutting business and cooked on the side for years. But due to the increased demand for the food, they decided to make it official and opened Arnold’s Grub Shack.
The window-served restaurant features delicious St. Louis Style Ribs, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, Salads and so much more.
I ordered the St. Louis Ribs and they were mouth-watering delicious. The rack was around 15 inches long with meat cooked to perfection that fell off the bone without effort.
For seating there are a few sets of very comfortable patio style tables and chairs that give the place a nice picnic feel to it. There are more tables and chairs by the order window as well. All this has really helped spruce up this corner lot considerably.
The service and food was impeccable. Lawrence and Teresa are giving back to the neighborhood they love and live in by opening up a place where neighbors can walk to for a bite to eat and see familiar faces.
