YBOR CITY / TAMPA, FL – The Angel Oliva Sr. Apartments are under construction inside the historic Oliva Cigar Factory building at the corner of 19th St. and Palm Ave. in the historic Ybor City neighbourhood of Tampa, FL
CEO Darryl Shaw of Blue Pearl Veterinary is behind the renovation project that’s converting the three-story, 30,000-square-foot building into a 38-unit apartment complex.
The name Swann Cigars (1926-1961) was found while stripping the wood on the Oliva building. The name will be restored and left on the new apartment complex for historic reasons.
The new Rock Brother Brewery opening in Ybor will be offering a permanent discount card for residents that move into the completed apartment complex.
