Tally is an AI person who works without Pay at Schnucks

Tally is a AI person at Schnucks grocery store who works without pay and benefits. Tally wears scanners that count what is on the shelves to keep track of inventory and places orders for restocking. Tally gets around by rollers and sensors and navigates perfectly around people and carts.

By Schnucks employing AI people without pay, this cuts jobs for non AI people. Is this fair? Do you think AI people deserve pay? In technical terms, Tally is called a computerized inventory robot which makes it sound like he/she has no feelings or is not a real person. Do you believe Tally is a person with feelings and rights? Tally and the others are more than just property that can be bought and sold and are much more than a machine.
