The Jefferson Arms Hotel in downtown St. Louis, closed since 2014, continues to be renovated into a Marriott AC Hotel. It’s being redeveloped by Dallas-based Alterra Worldwide. The 13-story building at 415 North Tucker Boulevard will feature new restaurants and office space.
