NEW YORK, NY – An 85-foot, 13-ton Christmas was hoisted up in Rockefeller Center on November 7, 2014 in New York City.
The tree in Rockefeller Center has been a New York tradition since 1933 and will be illuminated during the annual ceremony on December 3.
The Norway spruce tree was donated from a land owner in Pennsylvania and the 13-tons of wood will be used to construct homes for Habitat for Humanity after Christmas.
