DOWNTOWN ST. PETERSBURG, FL – The Power Of Change is a program that benefits the homeless by collecting money with converting parking meters, an initiative that began in 2014 by the City of St. Petersburg, FL.
The program is not only helping to raise homeless awareness, it gives people a chance to give back by donating some spare change.
