21c Museum Hotel is moving into the former YMCA at 1528 Locust Street in Downtown St. Louis. The YMCA building is going to be completely restored for multiple uses that will include a contemporary art museum and loads of food and beverage outlets. Russell HBD Construction is at the helm and in charge of the construction process currently ongoing.
