8 0

PADUCAH, KY – A LongHorn Steakhouse will soon be under construction where the former Ryan’s Steakhouse is being torn down at 5140 Hinkleville Road in Paducah.

The new LongHorn will be a few blocks west from the recently proposed Five Guys and drive-thru Starbucks that are slated to break ground soon where the El Chico once stood.

Steak dinners will cost anywhere from $12 to $28 that come with a side, salad and all the honey wheat bread you can eat. The restaurant will serve beer, margaritas and specialty drinks as well.

The nearest LongHorn and Five Guys are currently located a bit over 80 miles in Clarksville, TN.

The first LongHorn Steakhouse opened in 1981 in Atlanta, Georgia with a man on a quest to make the perfect steak. Longhorn is now a global franchise, purchased by Darden Restaurants in 2007.

  1. Thank goodness. Paducah was in dire need of another place to suck money OUT of the community, and send it a corporate entity somewhere. This is just the best news, EVER!
