NEW ORLEANS, LA – Benson Tower, formerly Dominion Tower, is a mixed-use highrise on Poydras Street in the Entertainment District of New Orleans, LA.

Dominion Tower had a near 90-percent occupancy rate before Hurricane Katrina. The building was vacated after the storm except for the former Lord & Taylor section which was leased to the Medical Center of Louisiana that was located in the Charity Hospital building that was damaged as well.

Tom Benson played in major roll in the 2009 purchase of the Dominion Tower. And in 2011, the newly renovated building was reopened and renamed as Benson Tower.
